We are SwiftRoam Logistics, freight forwarding specialists in Sydney, and have been in the logistics business since 1991. We move a significant volume of freight nationally and internationally every-day. We are third party logistic providers, as opposed to brokers; the significant difference being brokers don’t actually touch (fingerprint) the freight whereas SwiftRoam Logistics offer a variety of supply chain and distribution-related solutions.
The business is a multi faceted organisation in its own right; providing a range of transport services that are inextricably linked yet separate by function.

We manage end-to-end International and Domestic freight services, on-site supervision, on-site labour, the provision of on-site material handling equipment and operators, product replenishment for the duration of an event and packing solutions for fragile sensitive freight.
When it comes to event logistics, we are the only Australian owned business controlling freight services in-house, which is a distinct key advantage for management of assets in this time critical industry.

What should I do if my item is damaged or missing?
Please take photos of the damaged packaging and product, and contact our customer service team within 24–48 hours of delivery.
What items cannot be shipped?
Dangerous goods, aerosols, flammable items, and some lithium batteries are restricted. Please check our prohibited items list before shipping.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
What if I am not home to receive my delivery?
By default, a signature may be required. If you are not home, a card will be left for collection at a local post office, or the parcel may be left in a safe place if “Authority to Leave” was given.
Do you offer free shipping?
