What should I do if my item is damaged or missing?
Please take photos of the damaged packaging and product, and contact our customer service team within 24–48 hours of delivery.
What items cannot be shipped?
Dangerous goods, aerosols, flammable items, and some lithium batteries are restricted. Please check our prohibited items list before shipping.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
What if I am not home to receive my delivery?
By default, a signature may be required. If you are not home, a card will be left for collection at a local post office, or the parcel may be left in a safe place if “Authority to Leave” was given.
